Technical Passing Patterns : 3 man passing into space :
One large group split into 2
Player A passes to B (who checks-in) and moves diagonal for a return pass in a new area, then makes a pass into space for Player C, after which he moves to start the next rotation from position B.
Player B checks back, returns pass from Player A then continues to overlap player A and move into position C.
Player C creates space between himself and the cone while Players A + B combine passes, once pass is made for him from Player A he runs into space to receive the pass and dribble to the back of the line going the other direction.

This is a 3 man combination passing pattern that involves 2 passes to feet to set-up the third pass into space. There is always movement before each player receives a pass, timing of the runs

3v2 + GK attacking to goal :
Groups split into 3, one team of attackers in 3's, one group of defenders in pairs + GK
Attackers start with passing into a forward marked by 2 defenders, then have 2 attackers join to make it 3vs2 to goal.
Attackers try to score on large goal with GK, defenders try to score on 2 mini goals
Possible Conditions :
Attackers only have 10 seconds to find a suitable shooting opportunity
Attackers can only score after completing a through pass to a player running into space in behind the defenders

Small Sided Game :
2 teams of 8's, 2 teams playing 5v5, with subs, subbing every 2 mins
Field size - (28x16yards) with 2 large goals + GK's

Physical Movement Warm-Ups :
Team works through each stage together (A, B & C)
6 cones are placed in a line 1-2 yards apart, Players switch sides at the end of each run/repetition
Stage A : (Straight Line)
Progressions include : forwards and backwards, Sideways, High Knees, Heel-kicks, Skipping
Stage B : (Shuffling)
Progressions include : Forwards shuffling, Backwards shuffling
Stage C : (Change of Direction)
Players are in 2 lines (Paired up) for a race. Both players infront of each line sprint to 2nd cone, back to 1st cone then race to the end of the cone line, and finally jog back. When 1st pair sprints past 3rd cone the next pair automatically start their race
Progressions include : always facing forwards (North), players begin facing each other
