Hey, guys. Three groups today. Substitutions after 20 minutes. The main idea is to change direction with the ball. For the front exercises, there's a drill. The second drill is a 2v2 drill where the attacking team takes the ball with their backs to the opposition. Tougher situations (match situations) for the team with the ball.

Coach passes the long ball. The red and green teams run out at the same time. The red team is attacking the goal where the coach is. The green team is attacking the other side. The green team puts pressure on the green team and the red team tries to get past the defenders and finish from a difficult position.

1-A (5 mins)
1A - Playing the ball. Each player has the ball. The blue player tries to catch the other player by touching him. When he succeeds, the roles are reversed. Players move around the triangle shape. We focus on changing direction with the ball.1B - There is one ball in the pair. Pass and run. That's the idea. One player passes through the chosen triangle and the other is in the run-up. After the pass, the player without the ball looks for another triangle to pass to a teammate.
1C - 1v1 game. One player with the ball is inside the triangle. The other is outside the shape. The player with the ball is trying to get from one triangle to the next and the player without the ball is trying to get the ball. When he succeeds, the roles are reversed.
