Players will line up in rows and will stretch together on the endline lead by the captains.
Stretches are slow and methodical working on making sure the players are ready for the practice time.
Stretches will start from feet to head
Ankle rolls, high knees, butt kickers, knee presses to chest, grass pickers, open and close the gates, leg kicks front and back, lunges, trunk twists, shoulder circles, sprints out.

Warmup 6v6 game on frame. Players will be divided into 3 teams 6 players each. Players can only take two touch. One to retrieve the pass and one to make the pass. Defending players must be on the player with the ball with in the first touch to make the attacking players be mindful of what they are going to do with the ball when they get there. The team sitting out is acting as a bumper both teams can use, but can only use 1 touch.
No restrictions on where the shot can come from. The game should be quick and back and forth. All balls out over the endline are reset by the goalkeepers. Balls out over the touchline are free kicks.
Goalkeepers can only distribute with throws and no kicks. Once a team scores, they rotate out with the bumper team. First team to 6 goals wins.
Team with the most goals has no fitness
2nd place team has 20 pushups.
3rd place team has 20 pushups and 20 jump squats.

Short corner high pressure:
Blue team applies high pressure when a short corner is indicated.
Blue 9, 10, 8 need to be on or near the 18 yard line ready to apply the pressure on the kick.
Blue 7,9,8 need to step up into the games to press together.
Blue 6,3,2 need to play "center field" style of defense keeping the attacking players in view and with in sprinting distance to stop the ball in the air.
Blue 2 makes up the red 10 and shadows him to whatever side of the pitch he is going.
Everyone must press together in order to apply pressure and the red making a mistake.
Goalkeepers rotate every 5 balls. 20 balls played for the red team.
Once the ball is put into play it's a live game.
Blue scores on the big goal.
Red scored by getting the ball to the 10 and/or he shooting it into the wide goals signifying a breakdown of the defense.

Warm up lap (5 mins)
Warm up:
Players will run together around the entire field as a whole group. Here they will converse about the day, upcoming game, previous game, or whatever they want to discuss. It's a team coming together time where they can start focusing in on practice time and what we are trying to accomplish today.
Once around the players will pick up a ball and on a dribble go around half the field on a controlled dribble with the ball with in one touch of the ball. Once on the opposite endline players will cut to the corner of the 18 yard box and then take a touch and shoot the ball into the net. This will rally the balls together for the next drill.
