Phase II: Small sided game (3v3 plus 3: 3 zone game)
Objective: We will work on with the players on retaining possession and switching the bal from the middle 3rd l into the neutral player and playing in the final third.
Description: we play a 3 zone game in an area 30x30 yards with a 7 yard x30 area in the central zone. We will play a 3v3 situation inside the 2 zones (1 neutral player in the center, 2 neutral players on the outside of the playing area at the end zone.

Phase III: Expanded small sided game
Objective: To play in the middle third and have attackers build us in the final third
Description: Play 4v3 plus the goalkeeper, with a central channel for the forwards to check into to build us in the attacking

Phase I: Technical warm up
Objectives: we train the players to turn and pass with limited space and time.
Description: in an area 40x40 yards we will run 2 balls, worming on turning within limited space, using two different passing patterns. To clarify ways to join from the middle third into the attacking third.
A pass to B, B receives and turn and plays with C, C plays a wall pass two wall passes with B, plays to D and rotates to D spot.
D plays E, E turns and dribbles and passes to F, F receives and dribbles and passes to A.
Rotation: everyone will follow their pass and rotate counter clockwise. (A to B, B to C, C to D)
Rotation: D to E, E to F, F to A and the new combination will start.
