Technique # 2 (10 mins)
All four balls moving at the same time. Players dribble to the cone in the middle and quickly change direction to dribble out to the opposite side.

1 vs 1 + Gates (20 mins)
The red team plays the ball to the blue team and then closes the space quickly to defend. The objective for the blue player is to attack one of the two gates and dribble through it to score. If the defender wins the ball, he can attack one of the gates to score.
