4 v 4 Keep Ball + Breakout (2x4 mins)
Agree a set number of passes to be completed in succession.
Once this is completed the team that has achieved this can break out of the square and attack either goal. Once they have decided to attack that goal they cannot then attack the other goal.
To score they have to get the ball into the penalty area. A one touch finish gives them 2 GOALS.
Opposition team can win the ball back but attacks the other goal. Play to a conclusion.
Encourage players to KEEP the ball on the court!

The GK then delivers a ball to one of the wing players. The other wing player also joins in to create a 2v1 overload.
The 2 try to score against the defender and GK. If the defender wins the ball, they can score directly into one of the side goals.
Once this concludes the single defender clears of the pitch and rejoins the next line.
The 2 attackers now become defenders with the next 3 players waiting at the half way line (1 on each wing and one central)
