Group is split into 2 with players working with a partner. The 1st two players compete a wall pass with 1 then shooting at goal. As soon as the shot happens A and B dribble on to the field. 1 and 2 turn to defend. Black A and B are looking to get past white and shoot at goal. White 1 and 2 are looking to steal and counter to the small goals. Once every one has had 2 goes each (one go as the number 1 and one go as the number 2) swap the roles of the players.
Alternative: Players can do an overlap instead of a wall pass. 1 passes to 2 and overlap 2. 2 lays the ball of to 1 to shoot.

Set up
Goals back to back 3 players on the outside from both teams. 3v3 in the middle (coach can fill in as an outside player if needed. Aim is to score in your goal (black goal is the left / white goal is the right). In your area it is 6v3 and anyone can score. If defenders win they try to switch the play to their half. The 3v3 then switches to the other side. After 3-5 minutes switch players on outside with players in the middle.
