Activity #2 - 4v4 or 5v5 Possession. Encourage players to keep the ball moving and to posses the ball (Every 5 passes is a point). Once the ball goes out of bounds - get another ball in play quick. Vary the entry of ball i.e. Drop it near line, pass to player who is asking for ball, toss in the air for players to challenge. Note - If you have any extra players - use players as bumpers to keep them involved and speed of play moving quick.

Activity #3 - This exercise involves two players working on passing, over lap, shooting, and closing down on goal keeper. Try this over just one big line and one player working.
Player A begins by passing the ball to coach and running across the coach (the player's left) - The Coach will lay the ball off for Player B as he/she comes across, takes a touch, and shoots.
Player A finishes his/her run by closing down on the goal keeper.
Note - This is high intensity. Pass and move.
Focus on shooting the ball on target.

Pre-game Warmup (15 mins)
Activity 1 - Players will work without ball and perform dynamic warm up. For Example, Jog, Skip, Side Shuffle, High knees, Butt kicks etc.
Progression With Ball - 1st. Players dribble to First cone performing small touches and quick turns around the cone. 2nd. Players dribble at the middle cone, use some skill and continue dribble to end cone, dribble home at speed. 3rd. Dribble to end cone at speed, turn and pass (with confidence) to player waiting at home cone, finish with a quick sprint to home cone.
