Method:
Warm-up
One player stands in the middle of the square and all the others by one side with a ball each. At the coach signal all dribble the ball and should make it to the other side without letting the opponent (in the middle) recover the ball.
If I got my ball stolen, I join the middle player. The game restarted from the other side.
Coaching Points:
- Different dribbles (internal side of the foot, external side of the foot, sole)
- encourage the players to change directions, change speeds

Method:
Get all the balls
There are 4 houses, each team (4) owns a house. All the balls start in the middle.
The teams must get as many balls inside their house as they can during the period stated by the coach. Once there is no more ball in the middle, they can get it from other teams´ houses.
The team's objective is to get as many balls as possible in their houses and avoid other teams from getting the ones in the house.

Method:
All the team sits in the middle of the pitch in a circle and the coach ask questions about the lesson and what we have learned.

Method:
Warm-Up Game
1. Pass the ball with your hand saying the name of the receiver and run to their place. Then with feet.
2. All with a ball, playing a "fruit salad" game: everyone has a fruit name and when the coach mentions the fruits they have to dribble and change positions among them.
