- grid size ~ 15x25 (split half of the field in half again to make 2 grids)
- endzones are 8 yards
- Make adjustments based on numbers, might need one side to be a 2v2+1 but we always want an overload.
- Possession game to get ball into endzone by player in possession dribbling across line
- one point for every successful attempt
- Defenders cannot enter endzone
Progression(s)
1. Players can also get a point by making penetrating pass into player running into endzone (cannot be waiting in endzone - treat blue line as offside line)
2. Touch limit for neutral or for all players depending on level

- grid size is half field
- keeper in goal
- split players into offense and defense (be sure to rotate players through all positions throughout session)
- play starts with defenders sending long ball out to any of the 3 attackers
- the 3 attackers combine towards goal
- if defenders win ball, can pass to 2 small pugs
- if "outside" attacker receives ball, encourage them to drive towards middle of the field and for "middle" attacker to fill in space on the outside

1. Attackers have 10 seconds (or less) to get shot off
2. Must shoot in 4 passes or less
