Passing Competition (20 mins)
Organization:
- 2 teams.
Instructions:
- Players will pass to next player in the rotation and follow the pass.
- Last player will cut into the middle and finish into the small goal.
- Player must collect their ball after they shoot and go behind the line.
- Team with 15 goals win.
- Switch sides every round.
Coaching Points:
- Passing accuracy.
- Receving away from cone.
- Making it competitive.
- Teams surpport.
Progressions/Regressions:
- P. More challenging combination.
- R. Less challenging combination.

Possesion +2 (25 mins)
Organization:
- 30x30
- 2 teams plus 2 neutrals (2 outside)
Instructions:
- After passing the ball to neutral somebody else from the team must get the ball to get a point.
- Kick ins so the game is played quickly.
Coaching Points:
- Support from third player after getting the ball to neutral.
- Finding space to able to keep the ball.
- Play into space if defender is covered.

- P. Teams must get the ball to both nuetrals to get a point.
