Organization: Large box or rectangle, size depends on age/skill. Put red, yellow, blue cones all over. Each player with a ball.
Instructions:
1. Dribble past the cones in order by color, red then yellow then blue. (For younger ages, regress to start without the ball just to establish the pattern.)
2. Add progressions for each color. So e.g. at red cone do a roll. Then add stepover at yellows. Then finish with roll/step at blue. Pick any three foot skils to work on - moves, stop/starts, turns.
3. Option: add a shot after each cycle. See who can score on all four goals first.
Coaching Points:
- head up to see next target
- focus on set up touch to execute next move
- use of body to sell the move
- be creative
