1v1 w/ finish

After taking long shot from distance close opponent straight away if you can win it finish again for a maximum pts, opposition player can you beat player 1v1 and finish - inside of foot, chipped finished, drilled finished (your choice).

Repeat from otherside.

Progression: use Goalkeepers to start/continue attacks, rather than dribbling 1v1 can you position yourself on the shoulder of defender to recieve the ball in an attacking area.

Technical Detail; off balance your defender, beat them for speed, then shoot try to be efficient the focus is on the finishing/shooting rather than the 1v1 dribbling skills.

Basic detail for 1v1 defending;

Close down your opponent quickly,

put the breaks on,

'Surfboard position',

arms length distance, side on - show one way (out wide, or on weaker foot usually best)

Wait till the ball moves off opponents feet

Look to strike forward with outside of front foot, don't cross over - you'll be flat footed (can't recover quickly) and might get Nutmegged!

Be prepared to switch to opposite side on position.
