divide the teams as follows
Team 1 - Blue - 1-2-3-1 using #'s 1,6,8,9,10&11
Team 2 - Black - 1-4-3 Using 3's 1,2,3,4,5,6,8&10
Both teams circulate the ball within the middle third.

2- Runners ahead of the ball - find an outlet pass in space
3- Limit touches
4- Keep the ball moving forward - limit back/sideways passes
Coaching Points - RWB - Forward Passing - Forward movement off the ball
