Pairs - Fun Race
Activity begins with Player B jumping on Player A back.
On coaches whistle Player B jumps down and goes through Player A legs Head first and then returns back through legs Head 1st.
Once up all Player B's runs around circle either Anti or clockwise (Coach decision)
1st Player B back on partners Player A back is the winner

Teams of 3 or 4 Race
1. On coaches whistle 1st player in each group runs into middle to collect a ball.
2. Then each team can make a decision to then go to another's team's corner and steal a ball.
3. 1st team to collect set number of balls in their corner is the winner.
4. Only one player per team can be running at the same time.
5. Teams can't hide balls.
Progression. Players must dribble back either from the center or corner.

Team bonding activity
Teams are divided into groups of 4 or 5.
Teams have 3 pinnies , 1st player in line holds the pennies.
Aim: Is for each group to cross over area only stepping on pennies to opposite side. If any player steps off pinnie team returns to starting point.
Great activity for team bonding and how to work together.

3. On returning Player B jumps off Player A back, both PA & PB then lock arms to make a chair, Player C Jumps on and they run back to white line & back. Winning Group is First back after completing all three.
