1v1 shooting drill (20 mins)
Around the 18 yard box set up two teams. Mark off at the 6 yard box as the playing area. Use a keeper or two as they will see a lot of action. First player has a dribble and a free shot but must quickly turn in to the defender and the next team attack for a 1v1 quick shot on goal.
Coaching points: get your shot off quick, fast move on the 1v1 battle, trick moves and again stress quick shot. Accuracy versus power
