Organization:
As before, with the addition of two goals.
Instructions:
Blue now shoots to score in goal, must be over halfway before shooting. As soon as ball leaves field, the whilte player looks to counter to goal. Blue tries to regain possession and score again. Game is continuous.
Coaching Points:
- Speed of reaction in transition (attack to defence and defence to attack)
- Mindset of attacker to attack at speed and penetrate as option one
- Angle of defender's recovery run (block shot or press ball, based on starting position)
Progressions:
Play a first to ten goal game.

Instructions:
Blue (A) dribbles the ball and stops it in front of White (C). A must touch the post before then joining the game. Two white players (C and D) look to attack and score in small goal. B defends and looks to delay attack until A gets back to help. Blue team are looking to win ball and counter to big goal. Play until a goal is scored or ball goes out of bounds.
Coaching Points:
Role of B (delay):
- Deny direct penetration (goal)
- Quick footwork
- When/when to delay (numbers down)
- When to step to win the ball (poor touch, out of feet)
Role of A (recover):
- Speed of recovery
- Where to recover to (most direct route to get goal side)
- Organization when recovered (who presses, who covers)
- Communication between two
- Transition to attack if ball is won.
Progressions:
Swicth attackers and defenders every 2 minutes.
Play 3 rounds each, most goals wins.

Organization:
-Two fields of 4v4.
-Six cones on perimiter of the field with soccer balls rest on top
-Play 5 minutes games then rotate teams until all have played each other.
Instructions:
-If a player shoots and misses, that player must run and get the ball and place it on the empty cone.
-As soon as the bll goes out the team who's possession it is can take any ball off the cone and play.
Coaching Points:
-Delay when players down. Tackle when even.
-Can the players figure out how to use the rules to thier team's advantage.

Organization:
1-3-1 both teams.
Coaching Points:
1. Movement off the ball. Player on the ball should always have three options.
2. Winger stay wide when in possession.
3. When ball is on the wing, weak side winger shouldn't be higher then the ball.
4. Play backwards to keep possession.
Progressions:
1. One touch finish equals two points.
2. Limit touches. (two touch) (one touch)
3. Six passes before going to goal.

Instructions:
Blue begins with the ball and dribbles to coned gate. They pass to White and then sprint back to their start line. White's goal is to get to the gate and pass to the next blue before the first blue makes it back. Game is continuous.

- Quality of pass and touch
- Speed of thought in moment of transition
- Speed of reaction (turn on one step)
- Quickest route back to start line
