Players around the grid with four defending players in the middle.
Players on offense are not fixed in positions. They can move and come in and out as much as they wish.
Instructions:
Attacking players pass the ball to each up to 20 times for a goal. Every goal, the players inside pay with push ups.
The players inside are trying to steal the ball and combine five passes to score one goal. If they do, the players outside pay with push ups. The players inside try to prevent this from happening immediately after they loose the ball.
Defenders stay defending until time is up (about 4mins).
Coaching Points:
The players in the middle are the ones that connect the penetrating passes in a secure way.
Quick movement of the ball to attrack players.
Find split to the middle player.
Posses to attract defenders and then split.
Communicate with the player in the middle to turn or man-on
Progression:
Decrease the space if it is too successfull.

Set up as shown. 3 teams of 5 split into three sections. Lots of balls.
Instructions:
White and yellow team play together against blue team. All teams must stay in their area. The white team must posses the ball in a 5v2 to create a gap / space to get the ball through to the Yellow team. The blue team must cover and slide across to close all gaps and stop any through balls. When the ball is send to yellow, blue has to send to players to make it 5v2. Blue players defending white should cover the middle zone.
Once defending team gets possession of the ball they pass it to the team who did not give it away and change places with thet team that lost the ball.
Coaching Points:
1. Look up and around at all times to identify forward penetrating passes.
2. Posses when it is not on. When it is on, it is on!
3. Use furthest foot to receive the ball in open body shape to look for pass down the line.
4. Success come from splitting two defenders through a pass.
Progressions:
1. After 4 consecutive penetrating passes, team in the middle does push ups.

16 players total. 3 teams of 5 + 1 neutral.
Two teams of 5 playing inside the grid + neutral.
2 target players for one team to score into.
2 target players for the other team. All target players can move everywhere.
All inside players can move but have to still hold their position.
Instructions:
Team with the ball has to play the ball to their target to score.
Team that scores the most wins and stays in. Plays team that was outside.
Coaching Points:
Find penetrating pass.
Move the ball quick out of the back to find midfield.
Value midfielders turning and finding their own split towards their target players.
Progressions:
Take out neutral and put him outside as a target player to the team that has two targets.

Organization:
- Full field
- 3 teams of 5 players (no GK)
Instructions:
- Two teams play 2.5 minute small sided games of 5 vs. 5.
- Winner stays on.
- In the case of a draw, new team stays.
Coaching Points:
All on the flow. It is time to let them play.
Look to see if they understood the whole purpose of the session: Find penetrating passes to keep posession while progressing the play from the build up to thr attacking third.

The players inside are trying to steal the ball and kick if out of the grid. The playersoutside try to prevent this from happening.
The player tha losses the ball becomes the defender.
Defenders become attackers on a FIFO scheme.
Coaching Points:
Possession vs penetration.
Quick movement of the ball to attrack players.
Find split to the other side.
Inside of the foot passing. Receive the ball accross the body.
Progression:
Add one attacking designated player to help receiving the ball from the split of the defenders.
