SMALL SIDED GAME: BREAKOUT INTO A 1V1
Two teams play 3v3 or 4v4 in the central zone. When a opportunity presents itself, a player dribbles into the attacking zone and goes 1v1 with the defender. The defender must remain on the goalline until the player crosses into their zone
Once goal is scored, out of bounds or defender wins the ball, players then return to the central zone and a new ball is played in by the coach

2v2 (Defending players start in their zone but can move into their teammates zone if needed to defend

SMALL SIDED GAME: NORTH CAROLINA COURAGE TRAINING GAME
30X20 or as needed
6 Grids. 5 players (two different colors) in each of the central grids. One player (two different colors in each adjacent grid.
Coach plays ball into a central side of the grid. Central team tries to keep possession from two defenders entering from bordering grid. Once team possession connects a specific number of passes, they pass to a single player in adjacent grid who attacks opposite defender. Defender can't leave end line until attacker crosses into their grid. If goal is scored, team wins point. If solo defender wins the ball from attacker to create overload (2v1) or defenders (2v2) once ball is played into adjacent grid. Offsides rule applies

FOUR CONES
Coach calls out a color of cone and a number. Players with that number sprint out, touch the cone, sprint back to their lines, touch their players hands, then return quickly to the field to play 1v1. Coach serves ball and the game players play. if goal is scored or ball goes out of bounds, players go back to their lines and a new cone color and player number is called. Repeat

SMALL SIDED GAME 3V3 TO 1V1
3v3 area on the inside with players on the outside
If a team in the middle makes 3 consecutive passes, they play out to either teammate who go's 1v1 in the channel. If the defender wins the ball, the score on the opponents small goal in the channel
Progress:
2v1 in channel. If defender wins the ball, they combine with their teammates and now its 4v4 to the big goal

1V1 WITH BUMPERS
Play is continuous for 1-3 minutes. X serves to O line and defend. If o steals the ball, they attempt to score. Both players can use any neutrals during the games
To score, must be at least half way line. If you score, you must sprint back and touch your goal before returning to the field. If you get scored on, grab a ball by your goal and play immediately. Neutral players need to keep the ball in play. If ball gos out of bounds, the closest neutral player will play in a new ball
Switch lines when you are done.
