Black team look to move the ball around the area to find an opening to find the middle player.
The white team cannot go inside the middle area and can only block, if the white team win the ball they can try and score in the small goals or pass into the coaches feet for a goal.
To progress the practise if the black players on the inside box receives the ball they can drive outside the area but must be replaced with someone from the outside.
Another progression may be that when the white team regain possession the black team can counter press
To regress this practise, white players are only allowed to intercept the ball

Try and drip feed these into small interventions rather than introducing them into one intervention.
