12 players plus 2 goalkeepers
Pass from side into deepest defender, both higher defenders split. (as they would within a game) Option of playing to either side depending on what the the defenders do. Ball has to be played to the blue players at the top end of the practice.
Blue players and purple players rotate throughout the practice.
Duration
6 minutes x 2-3 sets.
Breaking lines.
Relating to previous session. can players attack with pace, looking to either play through or around defenders.
