oRed = 4 Midfielders, 2 Attackers
Yellow = 1 GK, 2 Defenders, 1 Midfielder
Activity starts from central midfielder who plays into central midfielder (A)
Option 1: White
Left midfielder (A) passes to left forward (B) who holds up the ball and passes to central midfielder (C). Central midfielder (C) passes wide to left midfielder (D). Forwards (B) and (E) as well as right midfielder (F) attack the box
Option 2: Green
Left midfielder (A) passes to right forward (B) who then passes to right midfielder (F). Right midfielder (F) dribbles forwards and attacks the defenders. Left forward (B) makes a run in behind the defenders and right forward (E) spins to attack central. Left midfielder (D) attacks the back post and central midfielders (A) or (C) attack the top of the box

Combination 1(Double Pass): White
Player (A) passes to player (B) who has checked away from the defender (D) who is passive. Player (B) passes back to player (A) and runs in behind defender (D) Player (A) passes on the floor back to player (B) over the top of the defender (D) to player (B)
Combination 2 (Give Go): Green
Player (A) passes to player (B) who has checked away from the defender (D) who is passive. Player (B) dribbles towards defender (D) and player (A) makes a run to support player (B). Player (B) passes to player (A), runs in behind the defender (D) and player (A) passes the ball back to player (B)
