1v1 on wing (20 mins)

Set up:

On half of the field, more or less, adapt the size of the field to the technical level and the age of the players

2nd teams, 8 red and blue players

Position them, as on the schema above

In the example A the attacker positions himself close to the yellow cone.

He asks for the ball from the outside to the inside in the square, then plays a 2v1 with his midfield player

In example B the attacker positions himself close to the yellow cone

He then asks for the ball from inside the edge to outside the square, then plays a 2v1 with his midfield player

Rules:

The attacker must control and master his ball in the square, before he can play the 2v1

Apply the offside rule (White line)

Reverse the teams after 10'.
