Attacking movement
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Play starts with cone closest to the goal, they will pass to the cone straight on. that player will then drop it back and begin their run (Give and go), then play to the player on the next cone and repeat. Each player will move one cone down, until the last cone who will try and finish in the goal behind.
This will then move into different attacking runs, overlap underlap
Coaching Points:
Give and go - Keep your eye on the ball, dont turn your back
Overlap- Check to the ball, saves a lot of time when your teammate is getting round you.
Underlap- Check wide to drag out a defender

Ball starts on the cone to the left of goal. First player on that cone will play it across to the other cone on the other side of the goal and get straight in goal. The ball then goes across to one of the two cones outside the box initiating a 2v1 (Defender is the player who played the ball across). The reciever of the ball has to play a 1 time pass to the other cone to start the play. Cones rotate when a mistake is made.
Coaching Points:
Player attacking with the reciever should come close to create options for attacking runs.
Mix up the runs we are making.

4-5 balls around the outside circle, 2 pairs in the middle (One attacker and one defender). Attacker has to lose their man and recieve a ball from an outside player, then play to someone else without a ball.
Coaching Points:
Mix up your runs (arch, drop the shoulder)
Mix up the speed of run (Gives us a few extra yards)
Have an idea before recieving the ball
