Passing W pattern play
10 players actively involved on passing/receiving
Two balls use at the same time starting from opposite corners (follow your pass)
Players at center of the diagram take two touches
Speed of play 1-2 touches outside the diamond
Ad a different pattern of play (in green, play out-ply back and forward)

Playing out from the back
Organization:
10 players actively involved on building the pattern to play out from the back
Plenty balls to be use to make it more functional
Building the arc
Speed of play 1-2 touches
Objective:
To find the patterns to play out of from the back, polishing players technical pass, body position, movement and circulation of the ball.
Progression:
Ball start with Goalkeeper, plays with #5, this plays to #6, this open his body at receiving to play to #7 (this player start on red cone moves out) and plays to #3 (this player start on red cone and moves up) to play back to #7 who plays one touch to #9 and this play the way he face #10 to change the point of attack with a play diagonal pass to #3 who makes a run to complete the pass and play to #11 on a wall pass to #3 for this to dribble back to his position. (while all this pattern is being playing, coach can instruct #5 or #4 to start playing with other ball and make it more functional with more ball in play (you can always rotate players by following their pass or keeping players in their original positions).

6:30pm: "Playing out from the Back"
- 1-4-4 vs 2-1-3 on half field with counter goals
- 2 reps of 6 mins/rotate players
- Play short to OD on ball side to attract press
- OM: stay inside to receive channel pass/switch to DM
- DM: switch to weakside CD/ weakside OM bump out to OD position/OD push up line to be winger
- Weakside with SPACE: CD pass to OM bumping wide who plays up line to OD
CP'S: 2 TOUCH speed of play/Awareness of space to move to/ take D's away from space before bunping to/ Timing of Movement into spaces.
