Instructions:
Possession game with neutrals. Three even teams in a XvX + Ninside + Neutrals outside format.
The purpse of the game is to circulate the ball and find the neutrals outside who play to the third man for a goal.
Goalkeeper is a neutral and uses his hands
4mins game. Winner stays on and replaces with Neutrals from outside.
Players inside have two contacts. Outside players have 1 contact
The ball does not go out.
Coaching Points:
- Movement off the ball
- Speed of play.
- Inside of the foot passing. Receive the ball accross the body.
- Finding the way out with two options.
- Finding the third man for a point

Organization:
44Wx40L grid with two goals.
Diving the team into two equal teams. Have two keeprs defend each one a big goal.
Goal in the bottom of the half circle.
Plenty of balls.
One team defends 15 balls, the other attacks.
Instructions:
Two players from white pass back and forth between the cones. One blue is positioned at either side of this pass without pressuing.
As soon as one of the white players takes two touches (the first in the direction where they want to attack), a 2v1 is made. In the mean time, the other defender at the other side is now doing a recovery run to try to make it 2v2.
If blue steals is a scores, it is a goal for blue.
As soon as the play ends, the next batch starts. Two white and two blue play.
The idea is to make it constant and dynamic.
Winner is whoever has the highest goals in 15 balls played.
Coaching Points:
First touch in the direction of attack (weight and direction)
Attack the 2v1 and use the advantage
Shoot with the furthest foot (even if weakest)

Positional roles in an 11 v11 environment
The ball never stops. When it goes out, another one is given to the team that has to have it in the restart.
Another team of 11 waiting outside. Winner stays on. Newcomer wins in case of a tie. 6min games.

Instructions:
Players outside go to every station to practice unooposed ball control.
Players outside have ball in their hand. Instruction by station:
A) Jumping header
B) Volley back with right leg, then left leg
C) Thigh and pass back with inside (left leg and right)
D) Chest & left leg, Chest and right leg
Coaching Points:
On toes to control and impact the ball
Put the ball back to tosser's hands
Field the ball well and adjut feet to compensate for the bounce -to pass back
Progressions:
Bring in pressure of opponent.
