A series of football golf holes are set up with a small area (shaded area around the flag in the image) set up as the target zone. A range of different obstacles are placed in the way to impede the player's strike. The player must complete each hole in as few strikes as possible. Once the player has completed each hole with one foot they must repeat with the other foot.

Players set up two 8 x 8m areas either side of the penalty area and starting with a ball at the back of the area they take one big touch to the opposite end of the area and strike. Add targets to goal to challenge accuracy; for example, the poles set up in the goal which create a target to the left and right of the goal, this can then be challenged further through adding a points incentive for each target hit. Once a player has worked with X amount of balls on one side, they swap to the opposite side and use their other foot.

This practice focuses on chipping/standing the ball up. In the image you will see two different methods, players should start with method 1 where they are in a stationary position and look to land the ball in the target; this can be a hoop/bucket/bin. Players can then progress to challenge 2, where they start wide and play a big pass to reach the goal line, they must then sprint after the ball and with one touch try to land the ball in the target.

Player starts by standing on one leg, challenging their balance for 10 seconds; then change legs. With one leg firmly planted, the player returns the ball through a series of volleys, half-volleys and grounded passes, never touching their striking foot down on the ground. You can progress by introducing a balance board; or an item that will challenge the players balance then repeat the series of ball striking. This can then be progressed further by adding an item; tennis ball, that the player must catch after returning the ball to the server.

The player is situated behind a manequin; or obstacle, and moves to the left to play a left footed pass against the bounce board, then readjusts their body position to receive the ball to the right and play a right footed pass. This repeats for X amount of passes; or a queue, then they strike into either the left or right goal with 1-2 touches.
