Players can start to rotate through the 3rds, players are to ensure that is a minimum of 2 players in a 3rd.
Players to recieve ball facing forward and play forward as often as possible.

DEF looks to recieve pass from GK (facing forward) and play into the middle third..
Players in the middle third look to combine and pass the ball into the final third.
ATT looks to win 1v1 and score.
If defending team wins the ball then can look pass their way through the thirds to try and score.
Players must stay in the 3rd of the pitch and can be part of keeping possesion (when team is in possession). e.g. blue are in possession DEF and look to support 3 CM's to retain possession.
When the ball goes out of play, a goal is scored we restart from the opposite GK (opposite of GK that started previous play).
Coach to keep score (coach to let players know) contributes to overal winner for the session (losing team has to pack up equipment).
Players actions:
Players are to look for space and recieve the ball facing forward as often as possible.
Players are to combine with other players to help retain possession.
Players to try and be effective with possession by playing in final 3rd when possible to create goal scoring opportunties.

Play to start from GK, will restart play with GK that conceded goal (when goal scored).
Normal match rules apply (e.g. corners, throw-ins, fouls, offside etc.)
Coach to observe and give prompts if required.
Losing team to pack up (coach to keep score).
