Set up:
3v3 + 4 netural
Description:
Play a 3v3 in the middle. The #6 must be stay in their channel to provide support and a screen against the 9. Team in possession can use wide neutrals and neturals can pass to each other. The only players that can score though are the players in the middle. They score after it goes to the 9 and back.
Progression: #7 and #11 can score after ball goes to #9 can the 3 still defend effectivily?
Coaching Points:
In defense organization and communcation
The depth of the #6 in support and as a screen to protect penetration to #9
In attack movement of the #9 and supporting #10's (#7 and #11)

Set up:
3v3 (+2 neutrals)
Description:
Black Neutrals at the bottom and top of the screen help the team score goals. Red are scoring up and white are scoring down. Teams score by passing though one of their 3 gates and received by the black neutral. If the ball is received it does not count as goal.
Coaching Points:
Press when ball is in channel (spider press)
Drop when ball is in middle unless organized and numbers up
Communication and organization as a team (visual commands as well as 'drop, press, win it or delay')
1st Defender - Pressure, 2nd Defender - Cover and 3rd Defender - Balance

Set up:
7(+1) vs 8
Description:
Ball starts with Goalkeeper. Red position themselves as above. Reds aim is to deny space and look to counter. White's aim is to build the attack and score by getting the ball to their 9 (who stays on half way line).
Coaching Points:
In defense:
#9 - Cut field in half
#7 and #11 (when nearest ball) - Pressure
#10 nearest ball - Cut field in half
#10 furthest from ball - Deny Central penetration
#7 and #11 (when furthest from the ball) - Offer and look for point of transition
#6 - Coverage and screen
In attack -
#9 look to either go to goal, hold ball up or connect with others
#10 depending on position off ball support #9 with depth or penetration or to goal
#7 and #11 when nearest ball support / go wide or go to goal
#7 and #11 when furthest from ball enter box at correct time
#6 offer support in depth to switch point of attack

Set up
Start with regular rondo but once full group arrives. Divide the group into 3
Description:
3 teams. One team is the neutrals on the outside of square with balls at their feet. The other 2 teams compete in the middle. Coach will call a number to begin and that player will pass a ball to one of the two colors in the middle. To score players must receive from neutral find a pass to a neutral receive back and score. Can not go straight back to neutral who played the ball another pass must be achieved first. Game is until a team scores 2 goals or 3 minute game.
Coaching Points
In defence get compact. Role of 1st, 2nd and 3rd defender.
In attack can we find width and good support angles to attack.
