If the Yellows win the ball then they tranistion to the outside box, and the reds transition in (swappng roles) and the blues become the defending team.

This continues as a flow of tranisitions

- Team transitioning to the outside keep possession of the ball, by passing the ball to team mate or to team on your side.

- Players on the outside can have the ball taken from them

- Red team allowing the blues to have the ball, when they are heading into mid way in attacking half, which will then trigger the press

- Ensure people are behind the ball,

- Ensure people are commiting to the press to win the ball back

- 3 Triggers of a press - Touch, pass, and back to goal

Shape in the central midfield as the ball moves - compactness, mobility

screen passes into the central striker - body position, awareness

Communication between units - central defenders need to be vocal and help organize
