in 4's, work diagonally. Sprinting out, run with the ball around opposite corner, return ball to middle and sprint out. Opposite corner begins when ball is stationary in the middle.

Handball match, 6v6 with one GK. Other GK are neutrals. Header/Volley to score.
- Prog to having partner on opposite team and only they can take the ball from you.

In 2's, Worker begins at end cone. Partner on second line, in as in diagram. Working player runs quickly to outside of first cone, plays wall pass and return to home cone each time. After one pass each side, feeder moves backwards one line, extending the runs for working player. Once completed, rotate roles. Continuous exercise, 6 minutes. Work hard in your turn and rest when feeding.

3v3 in half of the field. 3 team mates of attackers on outside farthest edge of field (along half way line). Feeding balls in order and play continuous for 3 minute intervals. Switch roles after 3 minutes. Keep score after 2 rounds each.
