~~ set up 7 aside kick off
~~ explain positions they are in -- stricker, two center midfeilders, two defenders, two wingers
~~ explain movement off cones -- midfeilders( move off cone, scan shoulders to see if defender is free) defenders (movement off cone to recive pass from midfeilders, once played pass support wingers) wingers ( movement off cone to recive ball from defender, once played pass to striker support)
~~ when the person in the winger position gets on the ball he will open up and have a side foot shot into the goal then recive his ball from the goal and start again
~~ head and chest over the ball using the inside of your foot
Progressions / Adaptations
~~ once played pass apply passive pressure as a defencive player
~~ remove midfeilder cones let them be creative to choose what defender to pass to
~~ if creativeness keeps going down the one chanel reign it back in
~~ if the player passes one way the next player must go other way
