Organization:
Circle of 12y diameter. Five players outside of the circle. Two players in each side of the circle.
Pressure of two opponent is added to the exercise
Instructions:
No pattern. Game is free.
Keep the ball away from the players in the middle.
The defender has to touch it to swap with the player that lost it
Coaching Points:
- On toes to receive pass.
- Look at oponent for 1s, look at ball for 1s
- Receive with furthest foot, pass with the other foot.
- Move up and down the circle for support
- Two players have to make themselves available to get the ball out
- The play starts when my teammate passes the ball not when I receive it.
Progressions:
To inhabilitate one player, after the pass but before following the pass, the player has to go down and do one push up.

Organization:
30x30 grid divided into four 15x15 boxes.
Three boxes ideally has 5v2s. If not 4v1. One box is empty. Each 5v2 has a ball.
Instructions:
Groups pass the ball among themselves 3-4 times in the grid, then players on the end provide width/depth occupaying an empty square, expanding the rondo to the next grid.
The others players should follow so that only 1 grid is busy and 1 becomes open.
Coaching Points:
On toes to receive pass.
Look at oponent for 1s, look at ball for 1s
Receiving technique to find open player/space
Take the space quickly
Spatial awareness
Progressions:
Play with only one ball. Groups send players to other grids.

35L x 44W grid
4 v 4 inside the square + 2 teams of 4 as support players outside the grid
Possession game
Instructions:
Look for the pass to the open space.
17 straight passes is 1 goal. The team in the middle will have to do push ups after every goal.
When the team defending touches the ball, the team that lost it becomes the defending team
The games are 6ins long. Winner stays on and plays vs one of the supporting teams.
Coaching Points:
No passes with the outside of the foot
Turn with the correct foot, pass with the opposite foot.
Provide width and depth to find way out.
Two options at least for every player with the ball
