1v1 Pressing Phase
1v1 in each box, two separate 3v3 games being played. Aim is for Reds to transfer ball from one target player to the other but locked in their 1v1 box. Blue team must press aggressively to stop the transfer and then play back in the direction the ball came from.

1v1 Recovery Phase
Progression - If Reds successfully get ball out of the first box, the blue in that box who pressed unsuccessfully must now recover into the end box to stop an easy goal being scored. If that happens and Reds play backwards again into first box, the Blues jump up one and begin to press again.

Possession Pressing Phase
5v5v5 possession practice. Central team sends in 3 defenders to press the ball and stop the switch. Remaining 2 defenders stay in middle zone and attempt to screen/block transfer. Team in possession must make a minimum of 3 passes before the ball is transferred. If ball is won defensive team changes.

Possession Recovery Phase
Progression is now after 3 passes the team in possession can choose to either switch the ball OR break out and try to finish in the small goals with a first-time finish. Defending team must press as normal and screen/block but then REACT and RECOVER if the possession team decide to break out.

Phase of Play
Red team in a 4-3-1 formation with the 1 striker being in the end zone. Nobosy else allowed in that zone to begin with. Blue team have 2 full-backs, 3 midfielders and 3 strikers (2-3-3).
Blue team attempting to press ball and score in big goal, and also screen/block ball into Red Striker. If ball goes into red striker, red midfield can break in and must be set for a first-time finish into the small goals. Blue defenders can then recover to try and stop the goal.
