Game 1 (15 mins)

5 v 5 or 6 v 6 . 6 balls to attack. 2 side-line balls (right and left) 2 long corners (right and left) 2 final balls thrown in by coach from behind baseline. 

Keep count of outcomes out of 6. One team does 2 rounds and then swap attack and defence over. 

Ball must move 5m before going into the D. Look to be direct and vary how ball goes into D (lifted/dribbled/deflected) Leading off the ball and working together.

Game 2 (15 mins)

A team in each corner. Call two teams on to come and play.  After a couple of games move teams round.

Progressions: Call out teams and numbers of players

Call out more than 2 teams! Chaos but good fun.

Game 3 (15 mins)

1 v GK  (orange v blue)

2 v 1  (blue v orange)

3v 2  (orange v Blue)

4V3  (blue v orange)

Then re set and other team starts with 1 v GK.

Game 4 (15 mins)

4 v 3

Defence pass ball to any attacker and then play. 

Work on how to get height from a flat situation. 

Coach throw in second ball if team get an outcome( shot on target/goal/corner)

Have 2 teams and rotate players in. Then swap over attack and defence.
