1. Defensive line (white team) will try to defend a penetration pass to the Green teammates that will have to score by playing a one touch pass and one touch finish.
2. Once 6 passes have been completed on the shaded area, the ball can be played wide so hard runs can occur and scoring from a cross.
3. If the defensive team recovers, they will have 6 seconds to finish the play.
Coaching points:
1. Defenders must adjust the line to be able to deny the pass
2. Body position (side on)
3. Press the ball at speed and stop/deny the penetration pass
4. If 4 or 5 jump to press, 2 or 3 must tuck in to prevent a penetration pass. Both 6's must adjust to delay the play from opponent.
5. Offensive players with the ball must attack the opponent to try to open spaces for the passes.
