Set Up
Split the players into groups of 3 and have each player stand next to a cone so that they are inline with each other. Space the cones 6 yards apart. Each outside player needs a ball.
Instructions
To start with one of the outside players passes the ball into the middle player. They control it and then pass it back. They then turn and receive a pass from the player behind them.
Progression 1- Only use 1 ball. The outside player with the ball passes to the player in the middle. They control it and turn and then pass to the other outside players. And repeat.
Progression 2- Only use 1 ball. The outside player with the ball passes to the middle player. They control the ball on the half turn and pass to the other outside player. And repeat.
Progression 3- Only use 1 ball. The outside player with the ball starts and passes to the middle player. They control the ball or play a first time pass back to that outside player. The outside player then passes long to the other outside player.
Coaching Points
Pass the ball with the inside of the foot.
Control the ball with the inside of the foot.
The none kicking foot should point in the direction that you want to pass the ball.
Follow through after making contact with the ball.

Set Up
Make a 25x25 area with muliple boxes around the outside. Half of the players need balls.
Instructions
Split the players into those that are in the boxes and those that are in the middle of the area with the ball. The players in the middle dribble the ball towards an outside player and pass to them. Once the outside player recieves the ball they control it and then move into the middle area the player that passed the ball now move into the box and becomes an outside player.
Progression 1- When the outside player receives the ball their first touch must now stay within the box, their second touch will bring them back into the area.
Progression 2- When the outside player is receiving the ball they are going to open their body up so that the ball comes across them, control it on their back foot and direct it in the direction that they want to go in.
Progression 3- Play a give and go with the player that will be moving into the middle area.
Coaching Points
Pass with the inside of the foot.
Control the ball with either the inside or the outside of the foot depending on what you have asked the players to do.
Open your body up so that you can see where the ball has came from and where you are wanting to go.
Control the ball in the direction that you want to go in.

Set up
Make a 20x20 area and give each player a ball.
Instructions
Select 2 players to be the chasers and spread the remaining players around the area. The chasers run without the ball and have to tag the other players. Once you get tagged you have to stop, pick your ball up hold it above your head with your legs spread wide apart. To get back into the game another player has to come and pass their ball through your legs.
Rotate through all of the players so that everyone gets a turn of being the chaser.
Coaching Points
Keep the ball close to maintain control.
Get your head up to look for space to run into, to see where the defenders are and where your players are.
