Method:
A 4-goal practice that creates an 11v5 overload to encourage your team of 11 to move and maintain possession, and focus your team of 5 to regain possession and combine quickly to score in any of the small goals.

Method:
Pitch 60x40 split in thirds with 2 goals at each end. 2 x Teams of 8 players incl. GK. Teams can only score in their attacking third.
10 consecutive passes is also a goal. No offsides.

PASSING AND RECEIVING TO PLAY FORWARD (15 mins)

Method:
Players play 2v2 on the pitch with 1 x target player either side. 1 x defender can only defend in designated half. Attackers free to play in any half (2v1's). Attackers attempt to transfer the ball from one target player to the other through passing combinations.
