Organization:
4 cones in the middle of the area, 4 groups
Each player has a ball
Instructions:
On Coaches command, players dribble out to the turning area, perform turn prior to hitting cone and return to their starting point, when they reach starting point the next person in line goes.
Perform drag turn
Move towards having it be a timed race to see how many turns each group can get
Coaching Points:
-Positive 1st touch
-Smaller touches upon approach
-Lower Center of Gravity as approaching turning area
-Technique of turn
-Ball out of feet with turn
-Head up out of turn
-Accelerate after the turn
-Lower your body to give a better platform to accelerate
Progressions:
Make into a race
Regression: Have all balls in center players race to perform turn and return as many balls as possible to their group.

Organization:
-8 red cones, 4 gates, pinnies.
-Playing area size dependant on player's abilities. (Smaller - more difficult)
-2 Teams, 2 gates setup on each end line
-Coach has all the soccer balls.
Instructions:
-Coach passes a ball in the middle, teams of 2-3 players look to score by dribbling through any of the gates setup in the grid.
-If ball goes out of bounds, the next players in line for each team.
Coaching Points:
-Which turn can you use to protect the ball while turning.
-Can you trick the other players by drawing them in to one area then turning out to a different goal.
-Desguise using eyes, body shape.
Progressions:
For Older Groups
Play 2 teams in the grid 3v3
Regression:
-Play 1v1 alternating teams.
-Play with 2 or 3 teams.

Instructions:
Game, ball goes out of play dribble or pass in.
