 4v4 plus 2 neutral players and 2 GKs 

Team in possession must work the ball from neutral player to neutral player before they break out to score. 

If opposition wins the ball they find the GK at the top and they then become the team working the ball then attacking big goal. 

The 2 neutral players then join attack in wide areas
