In a rectangle 40x20

2 Cowboys (with a ball each) on one side. Indians on the other side. Cowboys will stay cowboys until the end of the round then pick 2 new cowboys to start.

Action: on the coaches command both sides will try to get to opposite sides. Cowboys will try to hit Indians on their way to the other side, shots must be from the knees down. If a player (indian) is hit with the ball, the coach gives that player a ball, that player is now a cowboy. Winner is the last Indian standing.

Note: Runs always start on the coaches command. encourage players to make cowboy and indian sounds.

example: "Indians Ready!!??" Indian chant

same game now the rolls switch, Cowboys now hit Indians to become Indians.

If a player hits another (below the knees) he now gets to be a runner(indian)

Action starts on the coaches command. High energy from the coach will set the tempo of the session.
