3. Up one and cross to other cone, up one cross back to original cone line
4. Sideways facing in to cone then turn to move sideways to face out

5. Open door up, close door coming back
6. High knees up, butt kick coming back
7. Lunges with a twist at each cone, jogging back
8. High Kicks at each cone, jogging back

9. Sideways run to opposite cone making X, Jogging back
