Set-Up

- Players stand 5 yards apart

- Behind both sides is a 10 yard space

Instructions:

- Players make 10 passes

- After 10 passes they jog to the end of the square behind them (red cones)

- Players can do the following dynamic movements:

1) slow jog

2) side to side

3) open/close the gate

4) High knees

5) Fast pace (3/4ths)

Progressions/Variations

Passing can be 1 touch or 2. Increasing the passing distance also works
