⚽Practice Organization

• This is a change of direction test
• Players should change their direction and cross the time gate with maximal speed
• Distance from the start till tile gate is 10 meters
• Distance from Time gate till Change of direction line is 5 meters
• Players execute 3 CODS and we keep the data of each one
• Players start at their volition

⚽Key Coaching Points

• Players start at their volition and run as fast as possible to cross by the time gate
  
• When they reach the height of the COD line they are expected to change direction and sprint instantly back towards the time gate
• Players should give their 100% effort 
• Players should not reduce their speed before the time gate and they must exceed the laser line of the time gate with 100% sprinting speed
• Player step on the line when they change direction! Not over the point of the line or before the line
• Players offset must be from standing position with dominant leg Infront
• We have to discard the measurement of a player that started their effort with small running existing(not stationary position)
