This session is designed to help wing players be more effective at turning, and playmaking. This will improve the wing players while in open space, or with even numbers on the flanks.
Need to add a passing/finishing warm up to the beginning of this for approximately 15-20 min.
Also need to add 15 minutes of sprints just after warm ups to get started.

Organization: 12-15 yard circle split int 3 zones as shown above, 3 teams of 4 players
Instructions: White begins as the defenders, all 4 of yellow begin in zone 1, 2 blue players begin in zone 2, and 2 blue players begin zone 3. Yellow must connect 3 passes before switching the play into a new zone, and once they switch the play they must then spread out into both unoccupied zones. Yellow may pick either zone to switch the play to, but once the ball is played into the new zone all of the blue team must run into the new zone to connect 3 passes before trying to switch the play again. If the defending team wins the ball, they need to switch the play before becoming attackers. Who ever looses the ball then becomes the defenders, and they head to temiddle of the grid.
Coaching Points: Grouping, finding triangles, quick combinations before switching the play.

Organization: 1 half of field split into 3 equal channels 3 v 3 in the two outside channels, and a back 4 at the very backside of the game.
Instructions: Yellow begins the game by playing their two patterns from yesterday. The games starts when yellow finds an outside back running into an outside channel to start the attack. Yellow must keep possession until they can force a 2 v 1 in the final third, and when Yellow does push toward the 2 v 1 in the attacking third, the game continues with these 3 players (and the GK) until a goal is scored or until the defender/keeper clears the ball. Yellow can also choose to co back to the centerback to switch the play, and the game continues on the other side of the pitch.
Phase 2 - Add a defender against the back 4, and add a holding midfielder to help switch the play
Coaching Points: When to turn, how to identify when to switch the play, and when to attack.
See the guidance at the top of this page to understand why you are not seeing interactive Football/Soccer images.
Organization: Full field game, Yellow has 11 players, and must keep possession using the patterns. White has 9 players and must hold a lead of 1-0.
Instructions: Only goals from first touch finishes count.
Coaching Points: Cue to go forward- 1-when a CM can combine to get past the opposing CM. 2-When a CM can recieve a pass behind the opposing CM
