  • A specific aerobic exercise that triggers the aerobic and the anaerobic mechanism of the players
  • Players move according to the figure above
⚽Key Coaching Points

  • Players run as a group
  • They  have to run till the tall stick with 60%of their maximal running speed
  • They have to make an inner turn in order to have the straight linear run as the next action, without getting into a difficulty after making the turn
  • The next run is an 80%of their maximal running speed
  • Rest after each full rep 12-15 seconds
  • Keep for 8-10minutes
  • Motivate the players to continue, remember this is a demanding exercise
  • It is recommended for smaller groups of players
