Set up: Two lines with two gates 10 yards from line. One net at each line 10 yards from gate. Players dribble towards gate and dribble through either. Once they get through the gate they look to finish on goal. On the way back players dribble through the cones and rejoin their line. When dribbling towards gates look for players to perform quick change of direction. Players should look at the target before shooting.
