Same Set-Up on Opposite Side: Work both sides at same time.
6 GKs Per Goal (2 Goals) (6 Reps per GK)
Working GK starts behind mannequin.
A. GK Shuffles to server 1 for a 1-hand toss: then quickly moves into 2nd goal to deal w/scoop or front smother service from 2.
B. GK Shuffles into ball line of server 1 and deals w/volley for contour, then cross over steps into 2nd goal to deal w/driven ball for contour or basket.
C. Same as B except server 1 tosses for a mid range collapse dive and server 2 plays a ball for a low collapse dive on the ground.
CPs
-1st, 2nd and 3rd Goals: Reference and explain.
-Handling Decision and Techniques
-Efficiency of footwork: Drop Step, crossover, shuffles
-Visual cues to enter 2nd goal: make sure GK is square with post and end of 6yd box.
-2nd Goal size is relative to GKs range.

1 GK Works 2 Serve: Constant Rotation [4 reps per side, 2 rounds per gk (8 total per side)]
GK are responsible for front half of goal
GK Starts behind mannequin, when server 1 passes ball to server 2 they adjust quickly into 2nd goal. React to ball played across goal (cue: if played inside mannequin, either cut out the ball or close the ball down and smother or stalk/block. if outside of manneuqin, drop to goal line and react.) Server 1 is trying to score in front half of goal.
A. Ball is played inside mannequin only.
B. Ball is played outside mannequin only.
C. The servers choice

Ball Starts w/Coach who can either shoot or pass to any player.
If ball goes to a red dot, they must drive to end line and play a cutback ball for the central GK to run onto. (Encourage players to play the red not more often then not.

2v2 in Central Area: 1 player from each team wide who don't defend each other.
1 GK per goal and 1 on deck. 2 minute rounds.
-Central Players try to score by either sooting on goal or playing into channel, if ball goes into channel, wide player must play a cut back by attacking endline.

SAQ - Passing& Recieving Warm-Up (15 mins)
5-7 Players per Set Up (1 Ball per Diamond, 2 if 7 or more players in a grid)
1-2 touch passing depending on area of diamond.
2 minute Rounds, work both directions: 1 min dynamic streatches between rounds.
A. Central player must be patient to allow player to get through SAQ action.
B. Incorporates bounce pass and wall pass.
(Add 2nd player centrally when doing two balls)
