Session Area
Players now simply passing the ball across to one another in pairs. Players disstances were just outside the far goal line.
Set Up - 5 minutes
For around 40 seconds per time players passed the ball across the court to each other. After each period the coach would ask for a certain way for the players to recieve or play the pass.
These included:
Forward push with sole on touch and pass
Drag over with sole on touch and pass (Receive with sole of right foot, drag it over in one movement to left and pass)
Drag out with sole on touch and padd (Recieve with right foot and drag it out with sole on one movement to play back with right foot.)
Scoop passes.

Session Area
Players play 5v5 with 1 floater in the whole of the half of the pitch.
Set Up
Players split into two sides and simply keep posession in five vs five with on extra player giving either side in posession a six vs five overload.
No rules etc other than this.

Players set up in three lined areas on the halfway line. Server stands behind the goal and serves to those in line 1 or 3.
Set Up
Different patterns were gone through with one main pattern of play which involved.
Serve from goalkeeper over to number three player.
While ball is transferiing players 1 and 2 switch.
Player three plays short to 1 on one touch. Player 1 open his body on one touch and plays ball across to number three.

Set Up
3 v 1 game. 3 attackers go against one defender with a coach five yards in front of the halfway line.
When play breaks down new ball is sent from the server to either of the defenders.
When play has broken down the closest player to the goal must sprint to touch the coaches hand and becomes one of the three attackers along with the two other attacking players who are on the halfway line. (one from each line of players.)

Full half pitch futsal court.
Set Up
Number 1 plays pass over to number 2. Number 2 plays pass to number 3 who sets up and 2 shoots.
When shot off number 2 now becomes target for lay off. Server and number 4 on opposite side then go through the same routine.
All players follow their pass to the next station.

Set Up
Players split into 4 groups on each corner of the half court.
Server with the ball on number 1 passes on to number 2 who comes out as an attacker against a defender. In a one v one player beats defender and shoots. Defending un opposed to start and becomes active later on.
After attacker shoots he then becomes a defender and the opposite side server plays pass and that player then attacker.
Players always follow pass to go into next possition.

Stage 1 (5 mins)
Session Area
Players used the court area from the halfway line to the edge of the goalkeepers area.
The goalkeepers use the keepers area.
Set Up
Stage 1 - 5 minutes
Players simply ran around their designated area in twos together for a five minute period.
No different multi direction movements asked of players just a simple gentle jog around their area for five minute peiod.
Stage 2 - 5 minutes
Coned off area set up from side of the court to the middle cones area of the court.
Players asked to perform certain movements coming out and gentle jog on the way back. In order movements included:
Arm Swings
Backward arm swings
Opposite arm, opposite leg lifts
Body Twists
Two side steps and change arms involved
Close gate
Open gate
Straight leg lifts
Swivel Hips
Inner Hell Flicks
Heel Flicks
Outward Heel Flicks
Stage 3 - 5 minutes
Players gathered in circle and taken through a number of static stretches. Stretches held for an average of 10 seconds per muscle group.
Upper Body lumbar stretch - opposite sides
Hamstring stretch
Gastronemius stretch
Hip Flexors stretch
