Warm Up

Finishing Practice 

1st player comes out and dribble towards goal takes on the cone and finishes. This player then turns and becomes the set up for the next player, pass the ball in set up and score.

The player that shoots now becomes the defender and the next player & the set up player play 2 v 1to score. 

The cycle then repeats once the 2 v 1 is finished.

1 v 1 Channel Attack

2 big goals 2 small goals 

Two Teams - 3 Players on each 

The pitch is split into three channels. 

Blue middle player starts with the ball and can decide to pass either side or dribble on there own. 

If they decide to dribble they must play 1 v 1 against the middle orange. 

if they decide to pass the blue player in that channel must play 1 v 1 against the orange they can pass back into the middle but they cant move out of there channel. 

Allow lots of goes then change the sides the team are on so the oranges get to attack.
